Baby Cake

This adorable baby cake was made by Linda M. from Canton, GA.

It was made with 2 layer rounds. One 10" for body and one 9" for the head.

The feet, arms, and diaper are made of fondant; the eyes and mouth of chocolate.

What a perfect little guy!

Frost rounds with a tinted buttercream frosting.

Fondant Recipe:
2/3 C. Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 C. Creamed Butter
1 tsp. Salt
5 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla

Cream butter. Add condensed milk, salt, then add sugar gradually. Mix together, then pour onto a baking board and knead with hands until smooth. You may divide and color and flavor as you wish. Fondant is very versatile.
