Place candy or favors inside disposable or cloth diapers. Don't fill them too full or what's inside will be a complete give-away. Make enough filled diapers to allow all of your guests to "win" one. If you don't want to use disposable diapers or cloth, simply fold a napkin so it resembles a diaper and secure it with a diaper pin. Fill one diaper with goo, (peanut butter, honey, melted chocolate(my personal favorite is part of a Baby Ruth candy bar!)
Arrange your guests in a circle and pass a diaper to each one. Play (or sing!) music while the guests pass their diapers around the circle. When the music stops, the one with the goo diaper gets showered with an extra special prize.
